Terms of Money Back Guarantee

How It Works

The money back guarantee applies only to the first-ordered line per account, not to additional or secondary lines. You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the MAC or S/N code intact. All components and manuals must be included. The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.

We'll Even Help with Things Beyond Our Control 

We are sensitive to shipping-related delays of your equipment. Should a shipment delay occur, we will extend your guarantee by the number of days delayed.

Make Sure You Get a Return Authorization Number

You are responsible for return shipping. Please contact Customer Care to cancel your service and obtain a return authorization number. You will be refunded the disconnect fee after we receive your equipment . Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
